The Academy is a high-quality BASKETBALL DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM for boys and girls. Classes each night may include: Shooting, Speed/Strength, Free Weights/Core, Ball Handling, Defense, Offensive Moves and Team Concepts. Groups will be split up for Intermediate and Beginners in age groups with the ability to move up and down in groups. Trainers include Coach Noa (NBA/WNBA Trainer), Mike Shaw (Capitol Christian Coach) and Eric Cabrera (Placer High Coach) 

Each weeknight session will be 60 minutes with a curriculum that teaches different fundamentals. Training up to 12 hours a month or more. (Trial Session Available)
