Academy Intro to Strength
(8th Grade & Up)
Goal: Teach safe lifting form and build foundational strength
Description: Introductory weightlifting using squat racks, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. Focus on form, breathing, and posture.

Academy Speed & Agility Fundamentals
(6th–10th Grade)
Goal: Improve foot speed, coordination, and reaction time
Description: jump rope, cones drills, Ladder Drills and bodyweight drills will be used to build foot speed. Box jumps and sprints will be used for explosive power
Cost: $199.95 a month (up to 8 sessions)

Academy Mobility & Mindfulness
(All Ages)
Goal: Improve flexibility, reduce injury risk, and learn body awareness
Description: A calming, structured class with dynamic and static stretching, breathing exercises to promote the body's natural mobility. Great for injury prevention and rehabilitation

Athlete Foundations
(4th–6th Grade)
Goal: Build strength, coordination, and movement patterns
Description: Scaled-down strength and agility training using light dumbbells, bodyweight, and basic conditioning circuits.
