The Academy is a high-quality BASKETBALL SKILL DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM for boys and girls. Classes each night may include: Shooting, Speed/Strength, Free Weights/Core, Ball Handling, Defense, Offensive Moves and Team Concepts. Groups will be split up for Intermediate and Beginners in age groups with the ability to move up and down in groups. Trainers include Coach Noa (NBA/WNBA Trainer), Mike Shaw (Capitol Christian Coach) and Eric Cabrera (Sierra College Coach) 

Each weeknight session will be 60 minutes with a curriculum that teaches different fundamentals. Training up to 12 hours a month or more.  Trial Session Available click here

Cost: $199.95 a month (up to 8 sessions) consist of advanced drills for 60 minutes and 30 minute session that focus on core strength training. Increase in core strength allows you to run faster, jump higher, and simply be stronger than your opponent at the end of a game. Exercises such as planks, dynamic stability, kneeling with bands, anti-rotation with bands, weights will help increase this area of an athlete's strength, speed, and agility.
